What is your Sat workout?

Mine is DoubleCardio or CardioPower from 4DS with the normal snow shoveling. Tues's more significant than Sunday's anticipated storm.
 
My work out for tomorrow is BG. I have a love/hate relationship with this work out. ;)

Pyramid Upper Body is on the agenda, but my sick toddler just woke up... Maybe I can con him into watching Diego on the couch while mommy works out...:D
 
Today is my rest day and I am determined to actually take it and not work out AT ALL!:7
Tomorrow I start week 2 of my X+ rotation with Total Body+.}(

Awww, sorry your little guy is sick. Sending (((get well vibes))) his way! My DS loves Diego too! He got THREE of Diego's DVD's for Christmas! LOL
 
I'm just getting back into working out after a lot of "emotional" stuff so my 4th workout of the week is today. I was supposed to do a cardio yesterday so I don't know if I will do KCM's Stepboxing (the newest one), Absolute Kickboxing, or a circuit of some sort. But I WILL workout today by golly!

Today is my rest day and then, drum roll please.... I am starting phase 2 of the X. This is my first time with it so I am excited to make it this far!

Its my only day off, so nothing! :7 We are headed down to San Diego this morning-we have a boat there and we stay on it throughout the year...am excited!:7
 
Doctor's orders...I can't workout for a week. We all have a bad case of the flu. :( I am dying here! I don't think I can do it...

Today I did Slow and Heavy Tri's and Bi's. I am following the February Rotation and I am really loving this rotation.

I am following the Feb. rotation and loving it too...

Today's workout is Body Max 2..I gotta get my game face on!!! That is a tough one..
 
My workout was done early this morning:

iTread 27 Circuit Ski, 30 minutes
iTread 27 Drills, 30 minutes
more steady-state run on my own to total 7 miles!

Felt great!

Saturday ~ Kenpo Cardio Plus, Abs Core Plus (DONE!)

Sunday ~ Rest day but might be running w/ my buddies 4-5 miles.
