What is your pre-Holiday week workout agenda?

Or, what is your regular rotation for next week, if you're not celebrating the Holiday?
Mine is the 2006 series in full including CF. My goal is cardio more than weights right now.
Possibly, the rotation will be: LIC-Mon, B&G-Tues., BM2-Wed, DM-Thr., Sat-CF.
Just did Simply Interval with Gin Miller for the second time this week and I'm feeling great. Time to be with Cathe and Crew now.

I've got Wednesday off this year, so I'm trying to ramp up my workouts this week so I can pig out and enjoy on Thanksgiving! Here's what I'm planning:

Fri (yesterday): S&H Legs & Shoulders
Today: Amy Bento Advanced Step Challenge I (trying it for the second time)
Sun: S&H Chest & Back
Mon: Low Max
Tues (maybe, if I can get up early enough before work!): Imax 2
Wed: S&H Bi's and Tri's
Thurs: Amy Bento Kickbox (just bought this and am saving it for Thanksgiving since I've heard it burns lots of calories!)

I about killed myself doing Imax (the original) yesterday along with some customized "Squeeze" workout segments.

Today was walking really fast for 30 minutes, geez that can be quite difficult. Followed by a Pilates workout.

Tomorrow is Muscle Endurance or BodyMax 2. Not sure yet, but next week is really what I can fit in, probably Cathe's new series since its only an hour! We have people coming starting on Sunday night and staying until next weekend, so I will be soooo busy!:)
 
Lets see, today DH and I went for a 2.5 hour hike. Tomorrow I'll do Cathe's 4D Split UB and Squeeze legs and abs. Monday Gin's Intense Moves or a similar interval workout, Tuesday a circuit workout, and Wednesday I'll top it off with Body Max 2 in it's entirety. Thursday I'll be having a house full of hungry relatives and Friday we're planning a long hike with some friends.

These are my fitness goals for the week. Here's hoping I accomplish them!

monday: GS chest and tri; 30 min run
tuesday: GS legs; 30 min ellipical
wednesday: turbojam
thrusday: GS back, shoulders, bi's; 30 min run
friday: L&G
sat and sun: off

Well, the main change for me is RUNNING -- I despise it.

I am doing a modified version of the November rotation...

Mon HIS + Chest & Back
Tues no cardio / Legs & Shoulders & Calves & Core
Wed Kickbox + Bis & Tris
Thur one hour run/walk (since I will be away from my home and equipment)
Fri IMAX 2
Sat some sort of circuit
 
mine is running. i ran 10 miles on thursday, IMAX2 and PUB on friday, rest on saturday, 4.4 mile hill run today, a 3-4 mile speed run on monday (taper days) and then two rest days before i run the atlanta half marathon on thanksgiving day (http://www.atlantatrackclub.org/at03000.htm)!!! i am so excited. i have run this race a few times before and always enjoy it. it's a good time. i have been having a good stretch of runs lately, so hopefully, i will do well.

I did yoga on Friday, upper body and abs y'day and will be doing cardio today. Beyond that, I don't have any plan set in stone for this week. I know I want to get in a lower body work out, a run and a full body work out but now sure how I will approach it yet.

Saturday-Amy Bento's ASC2
Sunday, today-regular rest day

Monday-4DS HIS+CST premix
Tuesday-4DS KB+legs and core
Wednesday-4DS BC+BB premix
Thursday-no time for working out, so extra long workouts next 2 days

Friday(next)-BM2
Saturday-KPC/L&G 80 min premix
Sunday- regular rest day

I'm working thru a Body For Life rotation, so this coming week looks like this:

Monday: lower body (PLB) + pushups, pull ups and dips
Tuesday: HIIT + abs
Wednesday: upper body (PUB) + floor work (L&G??)
Thursday: TDay 5K race + abs and yoga
Friday: lower body + pushups, pull ups and dips
Saturday: HIIT + abs

Trying to keep my workout as normal as possible this week, with family all over town! lol

Saturday - Kettlebell Workout with 110 Burpees..Yikes!!
