Hi Angella!
First things first....who ever returns to pre-prego weight?

Just kidding.Im not there though:-( And thats 10 yrs ago now.
I am 27 yrs old and I had my daughter when I was finishing grade 12.And I haven't had one since!
Well, I was a little like you.I had always been active growing up and although I hated gym class, I use to do aerobics at home. After I had my daughter I sort of didn't do anything for a while.I then moved, went to collage, meet Dh and packed on 15 lbs
I started out my running. It was only 5 kms but it did wonders. Then I bought a step and a tape and I think I did the same tape everyday

I can't imagine doing that now.
It didn't take me to long to see the benefits b/c I ate really well.I stopped eating when I was comfortable, I didn't eat anything in the evening, gave up pop and junk, ate 3 meals and 1 snack a day and I would say within a couple of monthes I was look'in good.
You have to stick with it and try not to look at the # on the scale.Even if you are doing step you will get some muscle in your legs.If you have pre-preggo jeans, then try squeezing back into those.Use clothes as your guide.
I think it would be hard for anyone to tell you how long it is going to take to reach your goal, b/c no one knows how much weight you have to lose, how tall you are, or how fast your metobolism is.
Good luck,
Lori
