RE: What is Your Opinion of
Drill Max is one of my favorite workouts. It is a really good cardio (athletic, rather than dancy), uses the stability ball a lot. She does some compound moves, and see-saw pushups, decline pushups and plank pushups. It is basically a functional fitness workout. I'm not very into these kinds of workouts (I prefer dancy step) but I really enjoyed this one. It does not have an ab routine though. I really like the premixes as well.
