What is your goal/New Year Resolution for 2016?

My goal for 2016 is to go through *200* workout dvd's from my own collection with premixes/add ons. So far I am doing really good and having fun mixing workout dvd's. My goal for 2016 is not to add anymore workout dvd's, I really need to stop buying and jumping on every band wagon :) The only dvd's I will buy is Cathe's :D I also want to add more yoga/stretching to my routine.

What is your goal/New Year Resolution for 2016?
 
I do not really have any fitness goals other than to just keep doing what I am doing and only do workouts I enjoy. For my life I plan to: keep it simple stupid. I tend to do a lot e.g. volunteer, work f/t, workout daily, look after my family, house etc. run a private therapy practice, take courses, see friends/family etc. This year I plan to guard my time closely.
 
My goal is along the same lines as CeciFifi - more focused self-care ........ as well as self compassion. I also would like to work on making some more friends. I have just become so lazy on this front.

My goals: espiritual I want to read the biblia, pray a lot, and help with love to everyone who need. Physical, I want to lose 10 lbs and keep low body fat, and continue doing exercises 6 times a week, eat healthy. Personal, I will be better wife , mother and friend. I too want to work on improving my eating habits (my danger time is 2 to 4 pm!) because I really want to lose 5 pounds THIS YEAR! On the fitness front, I want to be able to do the RWH Lower Body Circuit and Step Plyo HIIT on two risers instead of one. Now that I have ICE, I am going to try the ICE/RWH rotation and see if alternating between the two can make that happen for me.
