Good Afternoon Cathletes! What are your fitness plans today? I taught my silver sneakers class and had a GREAT RUN right before it and yummy nutritious lunch right after it MMMMMMM :)

So glad you had a great run today! This morning was D27...Shoulders/Bi's/Tri's...had an awesome workout today! First time doing STS and I'm already loving Meso 3!

Isn't running great! Love it.

I did Gym Styles - Back, Shoulders, Bi's, followed it up with some yoga, and later today I am doing B&G with my fitness friend. :D

Eating an omelet with tons of veggies as we speak. :)
 
I'm doing the following workout in my backyard this evening with my 2 sisters.

Kettlebell Swings - 40, 30, 20, 10
Ball Slams - 10, 15, 20, 25
Run 200m after each round

Workout will look like this ~ 40 swings, 10 ball slams, run 200m, 30 swings, 15 ball slams, run, 200m, etc.

Fun, fun, fun!

Hello! I have Gym Style back shoulders and biceps and a quick 10 mile road bike ride to get used to my brand new clips. Crossing my fingers and hoping I don't fall.
 
Boot camp

Taught a boot camp class today & capped it off with 100 additional pushups with my Perfect Pushups handles. Early to bed to I can get up & teach another boot camp class at 6AM tomorrow morning! TGIF!!!!

I just started your May 2010 Rotation to drastically change things up from the last 15+ weeks of training runs. This morning was PUB!!!!! Loving the variety in this rotation!

MMA Kickbox w/u and first combo wearing weighted gloves.
Cardio drills from original Tonique work out.
Segment 2 of Tonique Mat work out which included ab work.

Killer w/o for the lower body today! :eek:

I did MMA Fusion today! My knees were't liking it, so I have to be a little more careful.

Also, wanted to tell you that the San Diego Video was great! It was so great to re-live the fun memories!
 
thinking about the fact I've worked out about 3 times in the last 2 months. Lost my mojo when I sprained my foot and now can't get it back. When I do get it, my schedule gets all screwey and I can't work it in or am just too bloody tired. Here's hoping the second half of the month and into June is better!

Hi Linda! Yes, modify however needed. It is a very different workout so sometimes just getting used to the change requires more time and modifications. Yes, that clip was so fun to watch. I couldn't wait to share it with you. It took a while to edit but it was so worth it :D

I'm thinking of doing one or two segments of Stretch Max, either followed by or preceded by a walk. :) That's about all I have the energy for today. I can't wait to get back to some normal cardio and kickboxing!
