what is this?

This morning I did KB with legs and floor work from L&G. While I was in the shower, I noticed that I had what looked like a small rash on the inside of both legs, kind of above the knee. I can't really feel it and it looks like hives but doesn't itch. I'm wondering if it's related to heat somehow??

I'm not sure exactly what it is, but I sometimes get that. I think it's from heat/sweat or a combo of both. (Maybe even something about your body reacting to your own sweat...as I think I recall reading here once, but I'm not sure).

Any little thing freaks me out these days. It's a horrible way to live but so hard to control :-(

Thanks :)

I am the QUEEN of freak out! Probably just a rash though, as mentioned, from sweat and body heat. On our Florida trip this year, I woke up with an itchy bump that turned into a rash that itched like crazy. I was convinced we had bed bugs in the condo. It made me crazy. When we got home, I washed everything in hot water if it had come near the bed. My husband just laughed at me but he has learned to ignore my craziness. Turns out that apparently, it was a rash from the mold that comes with a beach house. Of course, I won't be renting that place next year though... Very nice place, and you could not get closer to the beach, but still. Plus, my daughter nearly broke my nose - I actually heard it snap. It was a complete accident but OUCH! If it was broken, it didn't go crooked but it hurt like crazy for a few days. Then, I was coming back from a bike ride, turning into the drive where I parked my bike in the breezeway, when a huge locust came flying out of a bush and right into my cheek. Well, again, OUCH. I freaked out over that because how could I know if it was a locust for sure...what if it stung me and I was about to die or have some weird reaction?? All I got was the nice imprint of it for a while. These three things in less than a week. It's no wonder I freak out over everything. I am ignoring what I need to be doing around here by going on and on. Anyway, you are not alone! Hope the rash goes away.

Well it's already faded considerably and it's barely visible. However, while staring at my legs SEVERAL times throughout the day, I found a new little spider vein. Great.
