I'm a huge song lover and music is one of my favorite things in a workout DVD.

Does anyone know the song title to the song in Cathe's Athletic Step-the warm up song? It is mainly instrumental, but I can't seem to find it anywhere because its hard to hear with the workout and everyone talking lol. It sounds like an older song that was made into a dance remix. I really love the beat!

BTW the same song in used in the FIRM Express Turbocharged "Cardio" (also the warm up portion of the workout) with Allison and I really would love to try and buy the song so I can add it to my workout song lists on my phone

The name of the song is called "Move Your Body" and its from a website called songtent.net by DJ Brian Howe. Hoped this helped.
