Hi Cathe, I wonder if you can please help me. I have been watching your show on the discovery health network and on one show you are playing a very good tape that starts with the song "Superstition" by Stevie Wonder, it is beated for step or sculpt, can you tell me where I can order this tape and the name? Superstition

Hi! All of the music for those workouts were specially mixed just for those workouts. Unfortunately, there is no tape available to purchase. The company who mixed the tape is called MUSICFLEX. You can call them and ask if they possibly made a step tape that has the song Superstition on it. Although it wouldn't be the same tape that we used it would atleast have Superstition on it. Did I miss something; does Cathe have a show on the Discovery Health Network?

I haven't visited the forum since December due to transition and crisis in my life, but I'm back now.

Cathe on Discovery Health Channel

The Discovery Health Channel is just another cable/satelite channel that is separate from the Discovery Channel. This is where I first heard of Cathe Friedrich. Anyway, a few times a week they air segments of her videos. Other days are alternated with yoga and Carribean Workout. I am in the central time zone, and it comes on at 4pm.

In response to your question about Cathe's show on this network. At the moment her show comes on approx. 2 times per week twice a day. We receive Discovery Health via "Direct TV"

Superstition on MusicFlex Oldies #5

I haven't seen the Discovery Health show. However, after falling in love with the music on Cathe's PS series (which sounds like what you're talking about?), I bought a 2-CD set from MusicFlex called Oldies #5, which includes "Superstition," "Saturday in the Park" and "Brown Sugar." They seem to be the same mixes as on the PS tapes except that they include vocals (bummer) and they're a little faster. They're all on disc 2, which is 125-126 bpm. (Disc 1 is much faster: 136-148 bpm.) Hope that helps!
