What is the Blast in IMAX2?

Hi everyone,

I was just reading the "Imax2 BlastMania Premix" thread. It seems that you all love it- and it does look tempting. I'm wondering what the blasts consist of. I don't have much room for a step, so I was thinking that if the blasts don't require one, I could go ahead and order the DVD and do the premix.

I believe the blasts are just the short interval blasts one after another, the step is used.

The blasts are basically the hard parts. The intervals consist of a step routine, a blast, and a recovery phase. The blast is the part where Cathe tortures you. Some of them require a step.
