Service to respond? I have e-mailed them twice but have not received a response. My order from the Black Friday sale was missing one fire walker set. I ordered two and the invoice said they shipped two but all I received were the two DVDs and 1 set of fire walkers. Defeats purchasing at sale price if they do not fix this. Any suggestions?
