I'm pretty new here and bet this has been discussed lots of times. I can't quite figure out the importance of muscle *endurance* workouts. Are they somehow different from muscle *building* routines?
I've been doing strength with the Firm for the last year but am moving on to Cathe. I have Power Hour and Muscle Endurance for strength work. Both these tapes are endurance workouts. Am I missing other elements of strength work?
