what is "hard core legs" in 9/05 rotation?

There is a "hard core legs" given in week 4 of the butts and guts, Sept 05 rotation. I thought maybe it was Gym Style legs, but the very next day is all of Muscle Endurance, so that seemed odd to me because of working the same muscles pretty hard 2 days in a row. Does anyone know what the hard core legs is?

I am thinking of starting this rotation tomorrow - my butts and guts are in dire need, LOL.
