It is a part of the dvd basic step and body fusion. It depends of your level of fitness. The level of this dvd is begginer/intermediate. Basic step is for a beginner only and body fusion is intermediate.In BF you have 50 minutes with 3 weight segments and 3 step combos. In tis dvd you have 20 minutes of upper body , 20 minutes of lower body and 10 minutes of abs with a stability ball. The upper body use tubing but you can use dumbbells. If you have the level of the HSTA this dvd will be easy for you.I am not a beginner but I have bought it, I have bought everything of cathe except the abs hits, because I can use it in a busy and tired day when you want a light work and because it is a cathe workout and I wat to have all of her.She is the best.
