I did ME's abs on Sat. and they were Hard! I tried to do PUB's yesterday and didn't keep my stability ball so stable, so I did the core work of BC back to back instead. This morning I did C&W so that was my first foray into the world of 'walking planks'. I was thinking to myself, 'hey I ain't doing too bad!' then I glanced in the mirror and noticed the worst form you have ever seen in your entire life! My body looked like it was doing a pike and it wasn't during the pike segment! I will definitely need to work on this!
