What if you don't own a step or a barbell?

Hi,

I am looking for an effective muscle workout I can do at home during the weekend to supplement my Hapkido training. I have several dumbbells and a matt, but I don’t have a step or a barbell.

What muscle video(s) would you recommend? I have good form and endurance and I am looking for something that will increase my strength and definition.

Hi, you can get PUB .It is a great strenght wight training workout.

A barbell you can do without but a step is pretty standard in most of Cathe's workouts. PUB uses the step as a bench for lat pull overs and chest flies and presses. Do you have a sturdy chair that you could use for leg presses? If so, then you could get Muscle Endurance.
