What if we don't have medicine ball & stability ball?

Will you be showing those of us who do not have the medicine ball and stability ball how to exercise without them?

I have a small flat and I have acquired a largish collection of weights and a step. I do not think that I would like to purchase more equipment (money and space being restricted as they are).

I would like to purchase these videos, but I will not if I cannot use them.
