What if I skipped a couple of days in Week 3

Do I repeat week 3 or should I go forward with week 4? What do you all think? Last week, I completed Disc 8 then Did 1/2 of Disc 9 and then didn't do Disc 10 at all. Honestly, I hate legs workout!

Any suggestion or advice is welcome!

I would re-do week 3. Each week builds on the last, and I think you'll get the full benefits by getting the most out of each weeks workouts.

If it was me, I would redo week 3. But you need to do what works for you.

Agree totally with Dela!! add to that point you are doing each workout just once. I think its important if you want to maximize results
