I'm just starting 4DS after doing pyramids for a while. I achieved more definition than I ever have doing these workouts, so I'm concerned that I won't keep making gains.
Also, the office I work with is going on a cruise all together in about 6 weeks. I know I'm a big procrastinator, but what kind of a rotation should I start now to be in tip-top shape for all of my coworkers to see me in a bathing suit in?
