What happens when you change your routine?

I am currently doing a PS rotation that our genius Jillybean made for me. I have seen wonderful progress. Next I am going onto the pyramids. Are the pyramids considered endurance? What happens to our muscles in regard to strength and mass when we change to an endurance oriented routine rather than strength? Will I see changes? Will I be able to lift as much?

The pyramid are more for strength. You gradually add weight to the exercise as you decrease the reps. An endurance tape would be Muscle Endurance, Power Hour or MIC were you use moderate weight for high reps. Susan
 
Would you mind sharing the rotation Jillybean gave you? I love Pure Strength and want to gain muscle mass.
Muscle End. workouts always scare me as I fear losing muscle.
