I am confused on what happens after completing the STS series. Will I need to keep increasing my weight limit after doing this program? If I do the program for another 3 1/2 months will I need to increase my weight limit each time I do the program? How many times can I do this program? Will I still be able to do other weight videos and maintain the results? I'm just not sure what to do after doing such an intense program to keep up the fitness level or how to increase the fitness level.
I also do not want to build bulk, but do want to have muscle tone and definition. I do not want a body builders physique and am afraid that this program will make me too bulky. Does building muscle mean that I will gain inches? Is there a way to use this program without building mass?
