I am new to Cathe’s workouts, and this is my first time posting here. The All Step workout was included with my new step, and I’m totally hooked! So far I have PUB and PLBody, and have the Rythmic Step dvd (on back order). What would you all suggest I add to complement the workouts I have? I am mainly trying to lose fat (I’ve been following the Body for Life ‘diet’ for about a month) and tone up.
I was thinking of trying a cross training/circuit training workout, or maybe another step video for the cardio, but there are so many different choices, I’m at a loss.
Sorry for the long post, but I’m so excited to have found this site and Cathe! I usually get bored quickly w/workouts, and this is the first time I actually look forward to working out each day! Thanks in advance……….
