ME has upper body split premix. SS & PP both offer upper body premixes. Really you can do just upper body on any of the newer DVD's by using the Mix & Match option.
If you're talking about the entire workout just being upper body, there's also the PS and S&H workouts but of course those upper body workouts together are much longer.

Maximum Intensity Strength (MIS), which is also on the same DVD as Body Max, has all the upper body exercises grouped together. And darn the luck, you get Power Hour on that DVD as well.
