What DVD of Cathe's should I substitute for Pure Strength Series?

Hi gang!;)

I know that on next week which will be week #2 rotation will include the Pure Strength series DVD. I don't have this one what would you suggest to substitute for it looking at next week's rotation workout?

I have the following Strength training Cathe DVD's:

4 day Split Cardio and Weights
Muscle Max
Slow and Heavy
Pyramid Upper & Lower Body
Power Hour (Ordered but not received yet)
Maximum intensity Strength (ordered but not received yet)
Gym Style Chest & Triceps
Gym Style Back Shoulders & Biceps
Gym Style Legs

Non Cathe Strength training DVD's:

Amy Bento -Slow Mo Strength Challenge
Amy Bento- All Pump Xtreme
Jari Love's - (All) Get Ripped Series



Help! I'd really appreciate suggestion on what I could substitute for Pure Strength Series, if that's advisable. I look forward to your suggestions. Thanks!

I would definitely go with the gym styles series. It's like an "updated" version of PS. I always go for gym style over PS and I have both. I love the gym styles!!
