What DOMS really stands for....

Damn! Oh MY! Sh*T!!!!

Which is what I've been saying for the last two days after doing BBC's leg workout! Did it Friday afternoon (just the weight part). Yeah, my legs were a little shakey afterward. Yesterday morning it felt like knitting needles were poking both sides of my butt, no big whoop. By yesterday afternoon, every step was painful!!!! Still hurts when I walk down steps. WOW!

Today it's arms with Barry...will I be able to type tomorrow?

TeTe~

Out of all the post on BBC this is one of the best endorsements I've read. I have the DVDs and have not done them. After reading this I can not wait any longer to do them. I think they will be on tap for next week!

I do hope you can type tomorrow though :D

How funny!! I love that!!

Now you're making me scared, though, about doing BBC. I bought it a few weeks ago, but was going to wait until the holiday season (or shortly thereafter) to use it . . . . I'm very afraid! ;-)

DO IT!!!! (misery loves company }( )

No, really, it's intense, but short. I've actually been doing one leg workout a week for the last few weeks, so I was kind of surprised at the soreness from BBC. As I mentioned once on this forum, I HATE Leg work, but I can do this in 30 minutes and be done with it.

Good luck!

I posted a few months ago that after I did BBC Arms for the first time I wasn't able to lift a pen to write for a whole day.:7 My arms were shaking for about an hour afterwards. I remember Gayle(Banslug) posted that she always drinks out of a straw on arms days:7

I guess what I am getting at is.....GOOD LUCK TOMORROW!:)

Maybe I'll call in sick to work...if I can lift the phone!

Thanks for the (gulp!) warning, Pippa.
