Does beginner/intermediate mean the style of the Wedding video and Step Heat, etc. or does it mean more along the lines of Kathy Smith-style beginner workouts?
Also, I am interested to learn if a club-size step turned the short way would suffice for this style of workout, or if it would use all four sides of the high step, rather than just three?
