What does a good rotation consist of?

How much cardio, HIIT, circuit, and weight training should you have to make a good rotation? Just curious because I thought I would try to make up my own rotation out of the DVDs that I have right now. I am currently doing the intensity series and have a couple of weeks left on it and then was thinking about doing the june 05 workout. My goal is weightloss, or I should say size loss, I have learned that weight is just a number and I am more concerned with size not weight. I would also like to get as much strength as possible. I would love to have the ripped muscles that Cathe has, but know that is many years and probably more dedication than I have in me. I would like to get as close as possible though. Thanks in advance for any help out there.

how much of everything depends on your goals and what your body responds too. for me weightloss includes more cardio, restricted diet and some weightwork while others do better with less cardio, moderate diet and lots of weightwork.

i would try 3 days of weights(full body, splits however you want to go),3-4 days of cardio for 30-40mins.(mixed up low impact and high impact days), a clean lifestyle of unprocessed foods and good amounts of protien/carbs/fats. don't forget to add some flexiblity in there so you are not so tight and can keep going strong.

i hope some others have some input b/c this is just things coming off my head when doing some rotations of my own.
