Okay, I notice in "cathe's ultimate guide workout".

I see 3 vid's under: "complication" timesaver, hardcore and terminator.

Is this the same as "Very high/hard/complex impact training".

how many times a week for a vid like this. I do not have these vid's.:)

just was wondering about them.....

They are 'compilation' DVD's, with workouts made up of segments from several other workouts in a series. Hardcore and Terminator have advanced, longer workouts. You could do the workouts 1-2 times a week, YMMV.

Timesaver has cardio/weight combo workouts that are all under an hour long (about 45-50 minutes). They are meant to be done as a rotation, each workout once a week.
