What do you think of xflowsion?

I did a search and read a couple of reviews, but I'm wondering if anyone else has tried it now and what you think of it.

I like it ok. I think that the Amazing Abs w/out is worth the price of all of them. It is great because it offers a variety to what I usually do. There were some moves that were so different . I wish the w/outs were longer and if you don't like a lot of talking from the instructor, you won't like eric. I like him but sometimes he needs to stop talking! Also, not all of the ppl in the videos are doing the exercises at the same pace this kind of messed me up.
I think that I would order them again. I liked them. BUT, don't think that you are getting an intense workout DVD. They are more of a yoga or light cardio day.

I did the Amazing Abs work out y'day and thought it was pretty awesome. I think I will use this one alot. I have not tried anything else yet but am hoping to get through the rest of the work outs slowly but surely. :)

Wendy,
Is that ab w/out awesome or what? Oh and what is your opinion of Eric? He grows on me every time I do one of the w/outs! He's really not too hard to look at even with that gaudy necklace! LOL.;) }(

Yeah, have to agree that Eric is easy on the eyes!:9 ;) }(

I did a little bit of the main work out tonight (Live from Hollywood). I skipped alot of the dancing and martial arts stuff cause I really just wanted to do some yoga. I can see where it would be alot of fun but it's not what you want to do if you really just want to do yoga. Ya gotta me in the mood "to get funky"! LOL

I pulled out "Live in Hollywood" or whatever it's called last night....In retrospect it was the wrong time to try this work out as I wanted more traditional yoga so I ended up skipping all of the martial arts moves and alot of the dancey stuff. Anyway...the yoga is good and the other stuff looks like fun. I think I will like this vid. Think of it as yoga with a fun, funky flare to it!:) I will pull it back out on a rest day and give it a whirl w/o skipping the FUN parts!}(

That being said, I don't like the beginning of the work out. It moves too slow for me. They do a long period of just sitting and doing nothing more then swaying back and forth to warm up the body while Eric talks...and talks...and talks...LOL I don't mind the talking at all but I am not a fan of the sloooooow moving beginning. I may ff some of it next time....

I will definitely buy the next series. I personally love the concept of Xflowsion. The Cool Downdog is relaxing for me and the others have enough different moves to be challenging i.e. the crane. When I first previewed the workouts I thought it was weird in places, especially the dancey parts. But when I actually did them I found I was having fun. I am going to use these regularly in my weekly routine.

The Xflowsion company will be releasing more DVDs in the future that will have differnt emphasis on each. If you email Xflowsion, messages are directed to Eric. One of the selling points for me, in addition to Xflowsion being something totally different on the market...not your traditional yoga/martial arts,(so if you want traditional, this program may not be for you), the people are so very nice. I am so happy to have found this program. :)
