What do you think of this?

I've never made a rotation before - I usually fly by the seat of my pants but I would like to try a rotation.

I have these Cathe tapes: HSTA, HSC, Intensity Series, MIC, Body Max, and Back/Biceps/Abs.

I would like to incorporate several others that I own: ie. Karen Voight, Kathy Smith, Denise Austin, etc. - over 50 others.

As far as my goals are concerned I WANT IT ALL - no real goals in mind. Well, here it is: (By the way - Saturdays and Sundays I have more time to workout and can use the step more since I won't wake my husband- he needs his sleep!)

Sun - Strength and Step Cardio (possibly combined - ie. HSTA)
Mon - Cardio Circuit (no Step) and Abs (possibly MIC)
Tues - Upper Body Weights (PUB)
Wed - Cardio only (no Step) and Abs
Thurs - Lower Body Weights (PLB)
Fri - Yoga or Pilates and Abs
Sat - Step Circuit (Karen Voight, Kathy Smith)

Week 2
Sun - Muscle Endurance - Abs
Mon - Cardio
Tues - Lower Body Weights and Abs
Wed - Cardio Circuit
Thurs - Yoga or Pilates and Abs
Fri - Cardio (no step) (Boot Camp)
Sat - Step Intervals

If anyone can help me with this rotation or let me know where to find a better one please let me know. Thanks, Wendy
