What do you think of rotation?

Do you think that doing upper body 3 times a week with the following:
CTX upper body
MIS Upper body
Pyramid Upper Body
would be a good rotation to gets LOTS of definition?

I will of course do lower body like Leaner Legs, in the mix too. How do people like Legs & Glutes for results?

Thanks.

In all candor, I think that's overdoing the upper body stuff somewhat. Each of these workouts is very intensive training, and you can overdo it quite easily, risking at best diminishing returns and at worst joint or muscle injury.

I'd suggest trying this schedule, making sure these are on non-consecutive days:

Week 1:
CTX Upper Body
MIS Upper Body

Week 2:
MIS Upper Body
Pyramid Upper Body

Week 3:
Pyramid Upper Body
CTX Upper Body

Week 4:
CTX Upper body
MIS Upper Body

and so on.

I'll defer to others for their ops on Legs & Glutes.

If you have Pyramid Lower Body as well as Leaner Legs and Legs & Glutes, I'd suggest something along the same lines as the upper body schedule (again, do these on non-consecutive days):

Week 1:
Leaner Legs
Legs & Glutes

Week 2:
Legs & Glutes
Pyramid Lower Body

Week 3:
Pyramid Lower Body
Leaner Legs

Week 4:
Leaner Legs
Legs & Glutes

and so on.

If you don't have Pyramid Lower Body and aren't in a place where you want to get it right now, then simply perform Leaner Legs and Legs & Glutes once each week on non-consecutive days. If your Legs & Glutes is on DVD, play around with some of the premixes for variety.
