Hi Everyone,
I thought of a new rotation the other day.I have been just doing whatever ,whenever, no real reason for any workout. Then I did High Step Training the other day (for the 3rd time) and I found in harder then the times before. While I was doing it, I thought of a rotation.
Sun- HST
Mon- Cardio(14km run or Imax,60-70 min)
Tues- HST
Wed- Cardio
Thurs-HST
Fri-Cardio
Sun- PH (or any other weighted workout)
Then you could take Mon as a rest day,or just not do one of the cardio workouts.HST doesn't get me sore so I could probably do PH on Fri if I wanted and take Sun off.I haven't used a cardio and weights workout (seroiously) for a while and I am wondering if it would get me out of a rut.
I just really like this workout and I think I am going to try this for a few weeks. What do you think?
Lori
