egg whites, oatmeal, cinnamon, fibre supplement, stevia and vanilla extract(just a bit), water, and then microwave ,super yummy even though sounds weird, and then just a bit of unsweetened soy milk on top.
OK, I can get pretty gross with my oatmeal. Sometimes I put yogurt in it, raisins to sweeten it, PB, nutella, nuts, uummm, what else is in the house?}( . And yeah, sometimes all of that at once, (sans yogurt). Shrug.
1/2 cup oatmeal and 1 cup of skim milk, 2 minutes in the microwave. Then 1 heaping tablespoon of peanut butter, a handful of frozen dark sweet cherries, and frozen blueberries. Stir. The frozen fruit sweetens, gives anti-oxidant power and fiber, and the Smart Balance peanut butter provides protein. You get it all in one bowl!
