What do you pay per month for your cell phone?

DH and I have iPhones, too, and we have the same plan Evily has. Honestly, while I got along in life just fine without the iPhone, now that I've had it for a year I simply couldn't live without it! They come in handy for us for a multitude of reasons, one being that DH has to travel to Europe quite frequently and we're able to call each other with the iPhone! The other thing I love is the ability to sync the phone to my Mac computers. And don't forget the apps! Before you know it you'll be able to open your dang garage door with your phone -- LOL!!!

Oh, and I'd be happy to share custody of Beavs! :D

Ditto, Ditto, Ditto!! DH & I feel the same way about our iPhones. He does not travel to Europe like your DH, but our iPhones are quite handy for many reasons. To think, before my iPhone I had never sent a text (my previous phone did not have that capability). Love my iPhone :p:D:D

I have to admit I hate it when I'm out shopping and people are just chatting on the phone when they are paying for things. I think it is so rude not to give people their attention.

DITTO!!!! It can't possibly be that important.

OTOH, I hate when a cashier interrupts my transaction to answer the phone. Shouldn't you pay attention to the person who is there in person first? I know, they have to answer the phones, but I still think it's rude.

I agree. We had a cell phone etiquette thread here a while back. I once had to tell a lady to get off her cell phone because she was gabbing away during our movie - in a movie theater!! As much as I love my iPhone, I still adhere to the rules of common courtesy :)

I have had my Virgin Mobile prepaid phone for 2 years now and I only have to add minutes to it every 90 days or if I am low on minutes. On average, I pay about $10 per month. I don't use it that much though, this plan works for me.
Customer service and coverage are great. I see my neighbors talking on the phone outside their houses, I don't have to do that, it works just fine inside.

We pay quite a bit.

I just lowered our minutes from 1400 to 750. We are on the AT&T plan.

Two iphones and an LG phone of some sort. Unlimted text, Data service for both phones. Early nights and weekends. Plus taxes. This month the bill was $235.. That is also with my employee discount of 25%. :(

Hopefully next month it will be lower. But I love my iphone.

I have a Tracfone. I pay $99 a YEAR (so about $8 a month), and I never use up all the minutes (they roll over). I still have like 2000 or so. I really despise talking on the phone in general, so only use it for emergencies, travel, stuff like that...not yakkin' for the fun of it.

It gets very good reception.
That's even better than what I pay.
I have a similar phone. The phone itself was something like $40, with 600 minutes included, and I have to add at minutes to keep my service, but it's $30 every two months.

I also just use mine for travel and emergencies, as well as long-distance calls to my stepmother.

I have accumulated a couple of thousand minutes so far that I haven't used (they roll over).
