What do you do?

I was wondering a couple of things. What do you do to "stay fit"? I know that may seem an odd question given what you do for a living, but are your routines all you do cardiovascularly and strength-wise? Just curious.
 
Hi Tammy! During pregnancy I only teach my classes and modify them as needed.

When I am not pregnant, but also not getting ready to film, I do my classes but also do my own lifting on the side (one body part per day).

When I am getting ready to film (and obviously not pregnant), I do my classes, my own lifting, and rehearsals.

Through all of these phases I eat a healthy diet and simply fine tune it more when there are "special occasions" coming up.
