What do you all think of this Split routine?

Another person posted this on the wedding website I frequent. Everyone's claiming how well it works. What do you all think? I may try this out after my marathon training.

This also looks similar to a rotation Cathe has posted in the past.

"Here is the split routine everyone on getting in shape is talking about
-eat 1500-1800 calories a day, spread that evenly over 3-4 small meals eaten every 3-4 hours.
-do weights 4 days a week, using my split routine
day 1 - chest triceps
day 2 - back biceps
day 3 - shoulders abs
day 4 - legs
you will do 3-4 exercises per body part, do 3 sets, the 1st set 12 reps, 2nd set 10 reps, 3rd set 8 reps, going heavier with each set.
use a weight that is heavy enough so that the last 2 reps of each set are hard work. keep a journal of what exercises & weights you are using.
-do cardio 30 minutes 3-5 days a week, but not on leg days.
If you follow this religiously, you will be very happy with the results.
Just ask some of the other girls here who already workout to it.
feel free to page me anytime, I am here for you

ROFLMAO at your silly emoticon!!!

PERFECT! I'm doing the Body Fat_Legs&Glutes rotation this month and the Bootcamp/August rotation in October so this would work out great for November!! We'll keep each other accountable!

I personally would split up the chest/back/shoulders all in a row (shoulders are also worked when you work back and chest). MY shoulders work best with more rest.

I would do some thing like:
day 1: chest/triceps (or back/biceps)
day 2: cardio
day 3: legs
day 4: back/biceps
day 5: cardio
day 6: shoulders and abs
day 7 : off
