This is what I eat pretty much every day...with a little variety.
Meal 1: omelet (1/2 cup egg whites w/ 1 slice fat free cheese), 1/2 cup old fashioned oatmeal, 1 small apple
Meal 2: protein shake made w/ water, 2 slices Ezekiel bread, 1 6 oz fat free yogurt
Meal 3: salad w/ boiled (shredded) chicken, 1 slice Ezekiel bread, cut up bell pepper strips
Meal 4: protein shake made w/ water, celery, 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
Meal 5: chicken or fish (salmon or tilapia usually) w/ veggies (broccoli, asparagus, artichoke, and squash are my faves!) and sometimes 2 Boca burger patties (no bun) or steamed shrimp w/ veggies
This works great for me! About 1500-1550 cals a day. This really helps me lean out...and IMO it is yummy and it fills me up pretty good.
