what did you eat today?

Bfast: Kashi Go Lean protein bar and OJ
Lunch: Tilapia, salad, roll
Snack: No-fat yogurt, apple
Dinner: probably pesto ravioli or bruschetta or something
Snack: maybe some graham crackers with string cheese or a strawberry/banana smoothie
Dessert:???????????

bkfst: protein bar w/ banana
snack: v8jc., handful of walnuts
lunch: 4 oz. tyson chicken strips (buffalo wing style)
1/2 c. cookies and cream ice cream
snack: protein bar w/ 1/2 c. frozen berries
dinner: 3 bean salad
mixed green salad fresh from our garden
4 oz. chicken Italian sausage on roll
I always think 'I oughtta keep a food diary' diary and don't. This seems less painful.

Wow, you girls eat so well! I wish I craved healthy food cause unfortunately, my 26yr old metabolism isn't working as well as before!
I had:

Cheerios with 1% milk

Ravioli in tomato sauce

M&M's ice cream cone

Cake

Pot Roast with gravy
mashed potatoes

Macaroni and cheese

Popcorn and Pepsi
 
Jes, it is a great thread! It's given me some great ideas. Thanks.

I had:

Breakfast: Protein shake with 1/3 cup fresh, nonsweetened frozen strawberries.

Lunch: My own healthy version of Cobb salad (no bacon). I use romaine lettuce, hard boiled egg, sliced red peppers, celery, cucumbers, grilled chicken, some crumbled low fat blue cheese and some sliced black olives.

Dinner: Grilled chicken breast, HUGE sweet potatoe and some green beans.
