LOL! like we don't know. i am only on day 2 of the rotation and am dying. DM before heavy leg day????
AND med ball abs after back & chest day???

i know, i know, it is only 39m premix, but that was THE longest 39m of my life.

I kept looking at the rotation in hopes that I look at the wrong DVD, but no it was DM and tomorrow is plyo legs. I tried to think of every excuse to pick another workout like having to blow up my stability ball or maybe I do it later in the week. But I went ahead and knock it out. I hope I do as well tomorrow.

well, it was tough and i did squat rack heavy legs today. i really like it. i have never trained w/that heavy of a weight. i love it. i 'm gonna try and do plyo legs later in the week too, if i can.

WOW!! i love plyo legs. it is such a great workout. and it was actually doable. did n't think i could do all the jumping, but i did, even the tuck jumps. YAY ME! tough, but fun.

oh and then this afternoon i did weights and plates.
