What comes next?

DH and I were just talking about this last night. We like the regime so much that we are going to do it again right after the last activity recovery week. We will probably spend that week re-doing our 1RMs. :)
 
I originally thought I might buy CLX and do that 3 month program, but after reading the reviews, I'm going to pass. I should end this STS rotation in mid to late May, at a minimum, I'll take a month and just do other workouts, then after my June vacation decide if I want to restart STS at that point. I will definitely do another STS rotation this year though.
 
I may do it again as well, or maybe "shock" my system with something new.When i do do sts again, I'll looking forward to the update on the 1rm...that was my least favorite part of the program...loved everything else.
 
Question about 1RM

For those of you who plan to repeat STS after the last rest week, will you redo your 1RM tests? Or will you just bump up the weights a bit from this round?
 
Yeah the 1RM was kind of a pain, but it sure did save a lot of time when it was done, eh?! :) I think it will be easier this time because we are more familiar with each exercise and used to running around looking for weights! LOL
 
I'm looking forward to redoing my 1rms! I can't wait to see how my strength has improved. Now that I know how to do all of the exercises in the program, the 1rms should go much smoother the second time around.

However, I'm hoping that Cathe is planning on making an STS #2!
