What can I get on Netflix?

I noticed some of you have rented exercise videos on Netflix. I have searched Netflix for exercise videos but it appears they don't carry Cathe or Beachbody videos. Please correct me if I am wrong.

What advanced exercise videos have you rented off Netflix that you haved liked. I have no problem buying DVD's, I just want to try them first as I have a collection of DVD's/equipment that looked great to start but now collect dust.

So what's available on Netflix that you would recommend.

I sometimes rent workouts from Netflix. They have LOTS of FIRM. Lately I've used the new workouts from Mindy Mylrae (sorry, I don’t remember her name exactly). One I liked a lot. I'd say it was as advanced as Cathe. I also have some Pilates in my queue for whenever I feel like doing them. You're right, they don't have Beachbody or Cathe.

they have CIA workouts and some Mindy's. i am also getting some yoga,pilates, and tai chi. they have lots of those. they have alot of firm but not that i am interested in or i already have.

I heard good things about Jari Love so I have one of her workouts in my queue. If I like it, I may purchase it.

This weekend I should be getting a Patrick Goudeau step DVD from netflix. I've never tried his stuff out before, so we'll see. I also have Rob Glick and Christi Taylor in my queue at the moment.

Go to videofitness.com or collagevideo.com and read the reviews on the exercise DVDs you find on netflix. Hopefully those reviews will give you an indication of how advanced they are. Netflix doesn't give enough of a description for me to make a decision.
