What can I do??

In the Sept. rotation, what can I sub. for LL, Legs&Glutes and Kickmax. I don't have any of those..:-(

I am starting this rotation Monday also. I don't have LL but I am going to substitute GS Legs for it. I also don't have Step Works but I believe I'll substitute Step Jam for it. I'll have to read the descriptions to make sure it is a similar enough workout.

What w/o's do you have in the lower body and non-step aerobic area? I believe those are the categories you are looking for in the LL, L&G and KickMax area.
 
I'd think any of Cathe's Kickbox could sub for Kickmax...KPC, Cardio Kicks?...I could think of more subs if I knew what you already have...:)...Carole
 
Cardio Kicks for Kick Max (both have intensive power drill segments)

Pyramid Lower Body, Slow And Heavy Legs, Pure Strength Legs would be good subs for LL

Power Hour leg segments; Muscle Endurance leg segments; Supersets or Push-Pull leg segments for Legs & Glutes
