Saturday--C&W
Sunday--4ds KB, Core Max segment 1

SAT S&H Legs and Shoulders, then Paint Max and Clean Max, maybe Sex Max
SUN Mother's Day Max, ie, NOTHING!;)

Have a great weekend, and Happy Mother's Day to all the moms /grandmothers / aunts / etc.
 
Fri: 5th workout in NROLW (up to 3 sets finally !)

Sat: 9 miles steady state (may go a little less)

Sun: REST DAY

Beavs - you gonna do it early like the Preist who went running in the woods in the AM? Unfortunately I guess someone saw him, huh?
 
Sat AM- I'll get up and jog about 3 miles. Come home and do Step, Jump & Pump. Incorporate some ab work- CoreMax2
Sun Afternoon- Yoga & Pilates w/ light weights.
And who knows how i feel in between. May want to do more. :)

Sun - Looks to be nice day out so will do early morning walk/run.

i am doing a month rotation consisting of

mon lower
tues kb
wed p9ox+ total

i am going to the beach in june so i want to work on my core and not lose any upper body since i'll be gone a week though i know boogy bording will help!
