I need some ideas of what workouts to do this weekend. My SO wants me to go to the gym with him today but I hate going to the gym. I'd rather scrub toilets that run on a treadmill. Plus, I haven't actually been in a gym since mid-August. I don't even have a membership anymore!!!
I was thinking today maybe I'd do BBC Back/Shoulders and Step Blast. (That is, if I'm not suckered in to going to the gym). For some reason, I feel like it would mean a lot to my SO if I went, but I get cranky when someone tries to mess with my w/o's!!
What are everyone else's (tentative) workouts plans for this weekend?
