What are your Sat and Sun workouts?

In a few, mine will be LIC for today and possibly on Sun AM before brunch or a walk through of Amy Bento's ASC2 without the step.
No shoveling for today, hopefully.

Okay, ended up getting downstairs and doing CK warmup, drills, stretch instead- LOL

Saturday ~ Kenpo Cardio Plus + Cathe's KickMax Blasts. :)

Sunday ~ 5 mile outdoor run, weather permitting!
 
Todays(sat) workout is a 30-45 min powerwalk/jog interval on the TM and some abbs from one of cathes workouts.

sunday is my rest day this week!
 
Today (Sat.) I did Baron Baptiste's Unlocking Athletic Power yoga and Stretch Max #1. I may walk later. Sunday will be Hardcore Extreme #1 and run 3 miles with DH.

Today - 4DS HIS (just the cardio), plus S&H chest

Tomorrow - The Atlanta Cathe Fans are getting together at my house for fun playing Dance Dance Revolution (DDR) and Wii. Wheeeee!:7
 
Today (Sat) was Step Blast, Muscle Max Lower Body Premix, and a 30 minute total body stretching segment. Oh yes, and MM abs.

Sun is always a rest day.
 
I just received "Spinervals" and will do a 45 minute workout this morning and 40 minutes of cardio tonight.

Same thing for Super Bowl Sunday! 40 minutes cardio am, 40 minutes pm.

I am tired just thinking about this, might go back to bed for awhile...}(
 
Today I'll hit the track and do some interval bleacher/track running.

Tomorrow will be 4DS upper body and a 4 mile run.
 
When I use to work a day job my day off would be Sat or Sun now if could be any day of the week b/c I am a shift worker. If I am working weekends but workouts are probably only an hour long but if I am off, they are usually my best workouts of the week b/c DH will take DS so i can get a goody in.
As for this weekend, Im not sure what my workout will be. Im working an OT shift tomorrow morning so I will probably just do a run on the TM before I go. Today I am thinking about doing something from the BM2 dvd...we will see. Nothing written in stone:)

3.4 mile run and CCPP on the elliptical today. possibly a leg workout (L&G or B&G).

might take a rest day tomorrow.
 
Workout this morning was Turbo Kick - so fun! Tonight is yoga.
Tomorrow is a rest day; but I usually foam roll or stretch.
