I did Body Works this morning and I think this must be about the 5th or 6th time. I love it because the cardio is easy to modify to low or very modest impact, everything gets worked on the weights, tubing, and slide disk and fire walker band, and Cathe takes plenty of water breaks. Also, no burpees! I also love Cathe 200, which I have done about 4 or 5 times although I modify the burpees to a bench height. Recently I have enjoyed the Kick, Box, and Bags and will definitely repeat. Interesting band work on the Fit and Firm live too, which I have done maybe 4 times. What are your favorites?
