Scrub it off, poke all over with a fork, put on plate in microwave and nuke on potato setting one time. Check for doneness by poking with fork and goes in smoothly; keep nuking til done but don't overcook. When done, split and squish flat with a fork and tiny bit of butter. Yum. Eat one most days for lunch.
