Actually, I have four, and they're my own mish-moshes:
1. Interval Max Enhanced (Interval Max without recoveries, extending out all intervals by 8 to 16 blast reps and inserting plie jacks during mid-range aerobic segments) followed by Boot Camp cardio only premix;
2. Circuit Max cardio and resistance cycles with barbell squats and lunges only, followed by Cardio Kicks power drills;
3. Hi/Lo Hell: C-Max warm-up and hi/lo segments fast-forwarding thru the resistance cycles; MIC HI hi/lo (last 15 minutes of hi/lo segment), 10-10-10 hi/lo (an oft-forgotten gem) and Boot Camp cardio only premix;
4. Satan's Mish-Mosh: Rhythmic Step warm-up; Body Max power circuit segment; Gauntlet cycles 2 - 6 I-Max2 and Boot Camp segments only, following each Boot Camp interval with 40 barbell squats, plie squats or lunges; followed by I-max 2 blasts 2, 5, 8 and 9, followed THEN by barbell lunges
