what are you all doing after STS?

Hi guys:
Next week is my last week for STS and I think I will take a few weeks off to use other dvd's and then start it up again. I'd like to see how much I improved with them, should be fun. :D
I was wondering what all you guys are doing after STS? Are you taking a break, going right back to the beginning or what.

That's funny, I was just about to post and ask what we're supposed to do after STS. I don't have the series, but I'm thinking of getting it. Do you have to always do STS over and over again to keep strength gains or can you do other wokouts and still maintain strength?
 
Hi Ladies!

I'm just over the halfway mark! I'm planning on taking about 3 months off and doing other rotations as I have always wanted to do those, but never had enough of Cathe's DVDs to do the rotations until now! After that, I'm going back to STS for the 3 1/2 month rotation! I'll probably keep doing that so I can keep my strength up with STS. At least until Cathe comes out with the next shock system!

Amy - I don't know the answer to your question as this is my first time with STS, but hopefully some of the other STS veterans will chime in!

As long as your doing strength training in your rotation, I think you'll keep it up.

I think I'll do at least a 2 week rotation of other dvd's that I miss (PUB, ME, Gym Style, and perhaps slow & heavy....along with cardio) I don't know yet, b/c I'm anxious to see how much better I do with STS starting from the beginning, so well see. Too much of a good thing, perhaps a good problem! :D
