The STS Cardio workouts are such a wonderful suprise. Not only are they the most challenging workouts I have ever done :eek: they have given me so much more engery than I have ever had before. :D Not to mention how fun they are, they are challenging but too fun to stop!

Not only do I have a lot of engery after the workout I am finding that I am having a lot of engery throughout the day and through the next day until the next workout. :cool:

Although I have to say that in Cardio Core Circuit when you made the comment after the 2nd set "you wanted a cardio challenge didn't you" um well nope, I sure don't recall requesting that. I heard that comment for the frist time and as I was bent over attempting to catch my breath I remember shaking my head NO NO NO :mad:! I have been working out with you going on 10 years now and I am well aware of how careful I have to be in my request for a challenge from you, so much to the point I DON'T ask any more, I know better. :p

Thank you for such a wonderful workout program, STS Training and Cardio just take exercise and fitness to a whole new level, a level I didn't think was even on the map.

They are a lot of fun and I think I'm starting to see slight cardio endurance improvements. I did Cardio Core Circuit today and didn't need to pick myself up off the floor (at least not from the cardio portion). Only from the last core exercise :eek:!

Also did IM2 earlier in the week and it almost seemed easy!

This is so funny because I've done Cardio Core Circuit a few times now and I've never heard this comment! Must be huffin' and puffin' too loud to notice! Glad to hear you're liking there workouts. Aren't they fun??
 
I'll be trying Core Cardio Circuit this week, I think I'm in for quite the workout!!

Today I'll be doing Hiit 30/30, it's really tough (for me), but I manage to get it done, TH it's only 30 minutes (including warm up and cool down). Then I'll be working on some more 1RM entries, getting ready to start the 3 1/2 month STS-cardio rotation on Feb 25th
